COMPANY BACKGROUND
Sungai Siput Community Collage or KKSS is one of the community collage that available in Malaysia .Community collage is a system of higher education in Malaysia under the management of the community collage education (JPKK) and Malaysia ministry of higher education (KPT).
On 5 july 2000 , cabinet has considered the memorandum No 398/2225/00 which has been submitted by the minister of education on the concept the establishment and implementation of comunity collage in each parliamentary constituency.
This collage will be institution that provide educational opportunities to middle-class before going to the labor market or continuing to higher education .
Community collage provide service to the surrounding communities through full time education that reorganized by government and short course. Qualified community collage graduates can continue their diploma level studies at collage community, polytechnic or other institute of higher education .

HISTORY OF SUNGAI SIPUT COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Sungai Siput Community College began operations in March 2003 at SMK Muhibbah, Sungai Siput. The first group of student intake is in June 2003. The first course
was offered here is Certificate of Information Technology which is consists of
60 people. In July 2004, the Sungai Siput Community College moved
to its permanent campus at Sungai Sejuk. Student capacity was increased simultaneously. Sungai
Siput Community College founded to produce graduates with practical skills, academic knowledge and basic skills in engineering,
multimedia, social services and businesses in the certificate prior to
employment or as a basis for the improvement of education to a higher level.
Sungai Siput Community College also provide lifelong education and training to
the local community to improve the quality of life. Now this community collage are located in Kampung Sungai Sejuk, Sungai Siput (U), Perak.
COURSE THAT PROVIDED IN THIS COLLAGE
The collage that now lead by their director Mr. zulkifli bin Kamaruddin now provides four course that every Malaysian who has SPM or SPMV status can register according to their interests or qualifications. The courses that prove here is information technology certificate, tourism and adventure certificate, electrical installation certificate and light vehicles services certificate. Sungai Siput Community College also provide training to the local community to improve the quality of life.

BLOCK AT SUNGAI SIPUT COMMUNITY COLLEGE
This place consist of
six block which is Block A, Block B, Block C, Block D, Block E and Block F. Block A is place the units of estimation. This Block is where I am training under
Unit ICT. Block B is Hal Ehwal Pelajar.
Block C is place where have surau, library, cyber cafe and Dewan Kuliah. Block D is place that have labs for student Pelancongan, Teknologi
Maklumat and
Elektrik.
Block E is Bengkel Auto while Block F is
the cafeteria.

- Provide quality education, high-tech and holistic.
- Provide an alternative route to post-secondary students and students who have dropped out of formal education for training and education in the fields of technical and vocational Education, including trade, agriculture, health and others.
- Provide lifelong education to individuals and local communities to improve the quality of people's lives.
- Allowing private companies use the services of community colleges to provide training for their employees.
- Establish close cooperation between members of the community, local government and the private sector to develop the local area.
- Coordinating training and skills provided by various ministries in order to meet the needs of the market and the local population.
- Provide an opportunity for local people to use the facilities of community college.
- Provide advice / counseling to the local community to improve the level of knowledge and the development of their careers.
AWARD AND ACHIEVEMENT
From start this community collage are established there are many award and achievement that this collage get. Those are a few of awards and achievement pictures that Sungai Siput Community College had received since early 2003. They had been improving in many aspects and that’s lead them to gain achievement. Years by years the college had shown a good image others than community college at other countries. The student also have together make the college known to all people. This is why this Sungai Siput Community College have increased in number of students studied there
